STATE RESOURCE DIRECTORY

Our intent for this page, as well as the many discussions it may spark between our members, is for we as State Executive Directors to take better advantage of what we ALREADY are - our own best resource for sharing and discovering great ideas as well as much needed professional and emotional support in these challenging times.

The multi-colored ribbons below each "state quarter" refer to Member Resource Groups first used at the 2010 Winter Meeting to spark discussion. A fourth part of the ribbon was added in 2011, with regard to summer programs (see below).

NATURE OF EMPLOYMENT AND AFFILIATION

		Employed by (or subsidiary of) State Principals' Association
		Full time educator that also serves as Executive Director
		Retired educator that still serves as Executive Director

 

NATURE OF STATE CONFERENCES

		Hotel Based
		Host Family Based
		College Campus/Camp Based
		No hosting involved (single day event)

 

NATURE OF STATE OFFICER SELECTION

		Elected as Officer Schools
		Elected as Individuals - statewide only
		Elected as Individuals - regional and statewide
		Does not elect State Officers

 

SUMMER CAMPS OR LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

		Has a summer camp or leadership training program (at the high school level)
		Has an advanced summer camp or leadership training program (in addition to a high school program)
		Has a middle level summer camp or leadership training program (in addition to a high school program)
		Has BOTH an advanced and middle level summer camp or leadership training program (in addition to a high school program)
		Does not have a summer program
